Slave control BMU - Battery pack management unit

The slave BMU is the single-cell battery management layer. It consists of a battery monitoring chip and its associated circuits, responsible for collecting various types of information about single cells, calculating and analyzing the battery's SOC (remaining battery capacity) and SOH (battery health status), realizing active balancing of single cells, and uploading single-cell abnormal information to the master control.

It uses a first-line brand automotive-grade high-precision AFE chip, full temperature range, high-precision voltage and temperature acquisition, modular design, and can manage up to 66S per pack, compatible with conventional air-cooled 16S, liquid-cooled 48S/52S/64S liquid-cooled battery packs, supports fan control, firmware upgrades, up to 57-channel multi-channel NTC acquisition, with intelligent balancing and firmware upgrades, supports multi-slave cascade automatic address encoding, uses a highly reliable automotive-grade lock connector, and supports fan control.
