The master control BAU is the battery stack management layer, which can manage multiple battery arrays or battery stacks used in parallel. It is responsible for the overall coordination within the BMS system and the external information interaction with EMS and PCS, and controls the operation process of the entire BMS system according to external requests.
It uses a first-line brand high-performance ARM chip, supports the national standard CAN protocol for PCS communication, has 3 Ethernet interfaces, 5 RS485, 1 RS232, 3 CAN, 8 IO, supports SD card and PWM fan control, manages up to 8 battery clusters, and has high-voltage control and insulation monitoring, precise stack-level SOX estimation, balancing management, multi-cluster parallel management, online diagnosis function, intelligent operation and maintenance, supports communication with dynamic environment equipment such as air conditioning and fire protection, and can expand touch screen HMI, supports connection to remote operation and maintenance management background and firmware OTA upgrade, and is compatible with IEC104, Modbus/TCP and other standard protocols.
